x-comment from the Soldier version:

"I addressed this problem a page or so back. He's not disappearing. He's being moved some area away. When I originally exported the animations before uploading them, they weren't placed at their typical spawnpoints right in front of the camera (some feet in front, actually - for the main render above). Just look around for him while in the motion editor and through the work camera and drag his root_transform to somewhere in the shot until the model shows, then go back to your main camera."

I was unaware that they already existed in the game. You'll have to forgive me, I'm still learning. I do appreciate the offer, but I think I could handle a dead sniper or one holding something xD Thanks for the tip, mate!

Since the text limit for comments seems to be limited to 1000 characters, I made a
Pastebin Pastebin [pastebin.com]link explaining some things.

Oh and it seems that second wiki link (labeled "used here") on my last comment was pasted incorrectly. It should direct you here .

For sure, the ones I'm after can be found on http://www.teamfortress.com/sniper_vs_spy/day01_english.htm and following days, (there's a way to advance in the top left corner) with the Huntsman one being on the first page. I appreciate your trying, even if you can't manage it.

I'm really glad I could help. That's awesome that you learned from me. And I completely agree. The program is also used to make high quality posters - not just animations. Most animation presets are drawn-out and designed to be placed into animations. Also, I'll see what I can do about those poses too. The ones that I managed to find that were in the old files can be seen on this page (that being said, yes, I do have the one crazy legs Scout used here ). The files aren't limited to that list of poses however, so I may be able to find it. Could you maybe provide a picture of the Huntsman one you're looking for?

I really appreciate workshop submissions like this, things that make posters easier, rather than animations. I actually learned how to import animation pre-sets because of you, so thanks for that. I do wonder if you plan to release the other promo picture ones in the future. The one I'm really hoping for is the Sniper promo ones (especially the huntsman pose). Thanks for all the work you've done so far, and keep it up!

I can't seem to find the very first pose from the Demo's page (top of the third screenshot). I believe either Valve scrapped it or it was simply an altered ref pose that wasn't worth saving. Also, the two poses "003" and "004" were part of the same sequence that were animated together, so I had to separate the two frames into their own dmxs then slided the Playhead slider all the way up to freeze the pose across the timeline. If you have any questions, leave me some here. Thanks, and enjoy.
