I like the modeling, but this is more fit for someone's VRC model than TF2. I feel if you wanted to add furry stuff, it's best to continue to to it subtly. I could see a protogen styled off of Engie's cosmetics, maybe with an LCD display instead.

Protogens are kinda overrated but it doesn't stop this hat from being great though, i could see it being a high value pink grade or even red grade pyro item. Especially with the eyes and stuff.
