I found it opened most originally with the extra cave parts mod, enabled, known, as the ''Into The Abyss Cave Parts (TechFix)'' mod by MrArvol

I'm able to select and run the map in multiplayer hosting, as long as I have the required mods like you said. My last patch had updated the required mod list to match the items listed on this page too, the problem you're having was supposed to be taken care of.

i was searching for a mining map so i can host some kind of "mining confederation goverment" thing and well,this was perfect!
oh also if anyone it's wondering what's this confederation about bassicly is like every single moon (even the gas giant) united on one flag (and yes they do a lot of mining)

It has a high financial cost in marks, and probably only works in selecting it via sand box mode now a days -- il look into it and see whats up

I seem to be having the same issue when hosting multiplayer.
I'm going to check if the .sub file has the same required items list as the modpage, and also try to bring this to the devs' attentio. It used to be you could select a sub regardless of any missing items.

How do i actually start a game with this "sub"?

I've downloaded all the required mods (cave parts, EK dockyard).

When i select the sub, it says "MISMATCHING CONTENT PACKAGE" and asks me if i want to load the "sub", nothing happens after clicking "yes".

The map should work if you use ITA Cave Parts, which has all the walls that this map uses. It won't have items like lanterns or grappling hooks, but those aren't strictly necessary to get around the cave

Any kind of lamp or light component will work if you max the range and RGBA values. Also the background is a scaled up fin. You can reverse engineer the map yourself in the sub editor if you want to know more

This map was never made using SOFA's deco, so I find it especially interesting that SOFA's deco is compatible with it. I haven't explored where the limits are though, but obviously items like grappling hooks are missing (which were sort of NEEDED) without ITA.

I haven't been able to enable ITA using the new mod management system, I am met with console errors. Unsure how to troubleshoot it, I haven't played the game much at all since the new update. And I can't run the map without ITA obviously
