... I dont know how to change how to change the color shift, however you can tint the Last Prism Beam with the projectiles for the laser.
I don't remember the files for the laser (At least 2 exist). it is as simple as changing the color of the actual projectile to what you want, the darker more gray the color is the more rainbow-ish the color is.

How did u changed the colors when the prism is charging?
