hi carbon, i have had that error before too, i had to limit this sidereal mod to a stand alone game (with some qol/map colours mods) as it is still a nice mod - just wish that we can play it with any character too :)

Problem, played as the Bard, got a card that invoked Mars, used it, game crash. Said that "shapes" could not be "cast" to the "Bard." If Sidereal can't handle offclass, that makes it a problem for Prismatic Shard. You may wish to look into this.

Hi! This incredible mod inspired me to see into StS modding... and I'm making one now! =)

A few days ago i've dicided to thank you with RUS localization of this mod, and now I've done it. Hope to communicate with you to send you translated .json files!

Uploaded a fix for the game crashing when a non-Sidereal character plays a card that 'Advances'.

Alright, I wasn't able to fix all behaviour regarding planets when playing other characters, but at least it should no longer crash when a different character invokes a planet. Be aware that there will be no orbiting planet images when playing with a different character, and I'm afraid that some cards will not work 100% correctly. Normally you're only supposed to be invoking a planet until end of combat, but when playing a different character, you are considered to be invoking that planet even after combat ends. So cards that count the number of planets you have invoked will not reset to 0 at the end of combat. Àlso, cards that make you Advance will cause a crash when playing as a non-Sidereal character. I'll see what I can do about that last one.

Thanks for letting me know! While I generally cannot promise that my mods will be compatible with any other mods, I don't mind trying to solve specific cases. In this case, Ì believe I've found a cleaner way to do the thing that causes the incompatibility with Yuri-mod (and I wouldn't be surprised if more character mods would be incompatible with the same cause). I'll need to do a little more testing, but I think I'll be able to push a fix soon.

but also encountered a bug if having a few other mods installed too, like the yuri mod when invoking planets. (it could be related to that mod though, so ill post some info there and paste a link here in case anything can be done)

I went into this thinking it would be too much information and over-saturated like the anime characters mod but this was beautifully done. i lost my first run just picking random cards to learn them but the second run was a great one. i struggled more on the elite fight before the heart than the heart itself (but took more damage [comfortably] in the heart fight). you can get very strong decks without being a cheat mod that one shots everything. The powers actually feel like they do something and play an active roll in every turn. Loved every bit of it and looking very much forward to more of your mods. The only critic i have against it is the relics dont mean too much. all the focus is on the cards but i hope either more relics are added or they are made more impactful. i got the warped clock early on but it didnt matter much as i was forefully drawing and cycling the day shifts throughout the turn multiple times anyways. still, 9/10. Love the artwork at the end too

I see a lotta thought went into this. The mechanics and interactions make sense thematically and functionally but sometimes it feels like you jump through too many hoops to achieve scaling that vanilla cards tend to give you under fewer conditions and with less delay.

In a vacuum, I similarly found myself wondering "Does this card really need to make a card which can make a card or make this other card if you don't play it?"

Don't get me wrong. The balancing act around 2 decks, planets, spinning etc. is interesting, unique, even has exploit failsafes, but perhaps you got a little too excited and let feature creep happen in places that could be handled more straightforwardly.

Just some food for thought.
Overall this mod is very respectable for what it set out to present.

PS: Look further into card previews in place of keyword boxes. You can show multiple cards at once or have one image cycle between multiple cards.
