@-jD All reviews should always be taken with salt. That's what a review is, a look back at my experience. I didn't think I'd need to say "Your experience may be different," since that should usually be assumed, but I guess I'll say it for your benefit: my review is reflective of my own opinions and perspectives, which may or may not be the same as yours.

Also, FWIW, @SanditeSpartan117, I love your other remastered maps for the most part--I just think this one in particular is held back too much by the vanilla map it's based on.

@Eresian I am sure like other I will be waiting eagerly for your re-make of the map... This was a remake of a vanilla map, not a map built from scratch. Given your sub-par review of the game, the one for this map should also be taken with a grain of salt by future readers.

This map is decent, but not exceptional. The railroads are... right on the edge of mediocre and terrible, and the river that branches and flows two ways is a gigantic sore spot. But the landscape is quite good and the custom work isn't too intrusive, so the map is usable.

I'll admit I'd look forwards to you tackling some of the winter maps. These are all excellent work!

Been playing on this map for a good couple days now, this is your best work yet ! This is an amazing map, great area available for planning 9, 21, or 81 tile players, awesome elevation variation and spread of resources. Love the river and sandy shores, I reclaimed some of it miami style that worked really well.
However,I would strongly recommend to to consider upgrading the main highway to a 4 (or even 5 lane with mods/map editor) lane to better handle the through traffic, since theres only one highway that goes through the 9 tile area.

Like Jazhawk below me says, this map is a MUST play.

I’m going to re-release Mountain Meadows first (my first remaster) because of some issues my fellow compadres are having with the original. It’s not an actual vanilla map, but it will be! Keep an eye out for it!

I LOVE THESE REMASTERED MAPS!!! It would be great to see the Seven Lakes map remade, but you remake whatever maps call to you!
