Appreciate the feedback murs. Imo the problem now with pure glow orbiting effects is that no matter what I make it'll be called a Chromatica clone. Also a bit of my thought process is that this is a halloween effect and those tend to be more sprite-based.

Honestly, the trailing patterns themselves are fine. I am inclined to only agree with tsunkiee about the 2D images part, but I am curious to see whether it would look better without them, especially considering we don't have many effects that have symmetrical color trails and not much else. I saw a guy with Orbiting Fire and Eerie Orbiting Fire on the same class, and it looked pretty dope. The 2D vectors are fine, they're just...bland, considering the particle trails look so much nicer in motion, it's got that kind of aesthetic Misty Skull and Bonzo have that I was never personally a big fan of, cause they tend to clash.

Nope. I’ve actually submitted a fix for that bug to Valve, up to them whether or not they want to implement it.

Yeah sorry about that, when Valve moved it to the /workshop folder I realized it was a community asset
