It works on the melee weapons, but for some reason it sadly doesn't work on the survivor arms. I'm not using any custom skins or anything, all vanilla.

I doubted it, since the generic survivors mod uses the RNG system and doesn't seemed to use blood splatter viewmodel as well (at least from my perspective)

Can you update this with the new viewmodels that correlate with the characters?

Looks a little jarring looking at these high quality blood stains compared to the stuff that's coming out of players and staining the walls. Also, some of the blood stains look too thick to have been produced through rending and bludgeoning zombies. I had the same problem with the original HD Bloodmap mod for Left 4 Dead 2, though, so maybe this just isn't my cup of tea.
