@OilersBoy25 In the previous road packages, we hadn't paid attention to the need for American-style lamps. However, the newer ones will have American style lamps and layouts based on feedback.

I have looked at many Streewview pictures of how American style lamps are arranged. The basic is that they are on opposite sides of the intersection. To me it looked like they were giving a lane open signal. Depends on who you tell which way the light is facing. Looking in LA, at a T intersection there can be up to 2 lights facing both ways for a lane.

At some point they will be replaced on older roads or a rethought package will be done.

Can you make the traffic lights before the intersection instead of after? Because your other roads have it before the intersection so it does not make much sense for these to be different. Also making T-intersections with these are weird.

Best road pack in the game

And also petogaming38, if you get BOB you can replace all the traffic lights with what you want

Is there a way where you can modify these road networks, so we can use the Traffic Light Replacer mod to replace the traffic lights with traffic lights we want to put in for these road networks? I’m asking this question, because I am building an Orlando inspired city, and I can’t change the traffic lights on these road networks.

@Sprout 1. It was not planned.

2. 1rtl roads are designed to provide a right turn lane and a left turn lane, while maintaining the pavement width of a 6 lane symmetrical roadway, in addition to 3 straight passing lanes.

3. One user indicated in a comment that the high capacity road sections should be set at the catagory 60 instead.

Hey there, I have a few of questions related to these roads-

1. Is there a symmetrical 8 lane road somewhere that i've missed or are they not intended to be included?

2. What is the purpose/intended use of the wider 3+5 asymmetrical roads that are labelled with 1rtl as opposed to the narrower four unit 3+5 roads that match the width of other roads?

3. This is less a question and more of an observation/suggestion, but I have noticed that the speed limits of the larger roads are somewhat inconsistent- most of them are set to 50, while some are set to 60, which is what i'd expect for roads of this capacity. The ones that are at 60 are fairly arbitrary so it doesn't seem like a deliberate design choice- could you possibly take a look at standardizing the base speed limits for these? Sorry to impose!

Either way, thanks for the hard work, and have a good day. :)

@Shwafta There are no tunnel versions of these roads, only surface and elevated.

Do you know why the roads aren't compatible with tunneling from what i can tell?

@Mad_Gasser You can see the different transitions that occur when the traffic light is turned off at the intersection.
I could only link the appearance of those without a mod to that.

Most of my intersections look great but I'm getting some problems when I have stop signs in an intersection attaching 2 or 3 different road types (all from this pack.) that the median extends into the middle of the road. Even if i redraw them, the problem reoccurs. how can I fix that?

I tried editing the Medium size 4 lane 2 way to make it the same width as the Vanilla basic road (2 zone squares). However the segment models are still in fact wider than just changing the width. Also tried changing the width of the 4 lane asym road to add some customisation to road layouts but then that in turn affects the segment nodes when connecting to the 4 lane. Sadly I'll just have to deal with these roads being wider than I was hoping.

I found your one way roads in another collection. Thanks for those. I was wondering if it would be possible to make a road that is the same size (width) as the standard small vanilla road but 4 lanes. Upgrading those small 2 lane roads to a 4 lane 2way would be incredibly useful. You have a 4 lane 2way road but it's larger than the vanilla and destroys buildings and zoning squares. Thanks for your consideration.

Excellent looking roads. Amazing LODs too! Any plans for a few one ways? I would be interested in 2,3, and 4 land oneway. Good work!

It would be nice if the road color's weren't so bright (no offense if you like your road's that way), A collection with the same road's but with less vibrant road marking's would do great to fit in with my city.
