I'm not having difficulties, other people do. I was shopping for a mod config API and this is the first thing I've noticed about this mod, is that people don't understand what it does. It's a little silly problem to have, but I don't blame them. MCM has a lot of helpful information on its page, but this mod's description page might as well not exist.

Added the 2 sentence description of the mod into one of the "attention grabbing images". If you're still having trouble, let me know.

People being confused about this mod's nature seems to be an extremely common problem.

Maybe try prefacing it with something along the lines of "This is a system mod intended only for mod developers. You don't need it unless it's required by another mod." Maybe ask ChatGPT to elaborate.

It's also kinda hard to see the description because there are a lot of pictures that grab attention while the description itself is just 2 lines of low contrast text which makes it seem unimportant.

Map desync occurs when the connection to the server is poor, this can happen when in vehicles due to higher demand in loading. This mod, as you've figured out, has nothing to do with loading chunks.

I'm not planning to add a "second similar mod", no. This mod hasn't been updated in 4 months. I'm not sure how it could be updated less.

And one more thing, I think my friend and I mistakenly perceived this mod as an opportunity to quickly load chunks... it happened for how we speak Russian in priority and we confused the meaning of the word "Chuked" for the definition of the word "Chunk" (from minecraft)

This mod adds SP/MP compatible options, per mod that uses it. At the time modOptions did not to this, and I needed the functionality.

I found this in a mod collection and it seems like it does something that I believe a mod I already have does so I am trying to figure out if I should swap to this or not but I am not going to bother getting this just to find out what it does...

No, that's a vanilla mechanic in MP.

If you're not playing multiplayer, than idk. Either way, not related to this mod.

If you are on MP I suggest looking for the mod that fixes that issue.

I'm not subscribed to this mod as of now but I was previously; and my console.txt file is claiming the EasyConfigChuckedServerConfigs is causing problems. I'm wondering if it's safe to delete this folder?

also he's probably talking about Cheat Menu: RB or Rebirth, as it's the only mod to cause issue with easy chucked configs.
