small tweaks was 4 years ago by now i have tweaked and changed so much since the many game updates, to list it it would not fit on the screen here on steam anymore with their limited text field

@FunGaming44 I can also confirm this exists. If I recall, it happens when you are on the council of your liege, you don't get a notification asking to be assigned as a guardian. You are simply forced to.

Good mod.
However, I think the AI has also removed the 'num_of_relation_ward' restriction, so it takes a while to bring up the ward selection window in the late games.

This is because on_actions needed to be overridden with changes to AGoT as well as education_interactions.

So AGoT won't be compatible until it gets a compatch.

Suggestion: if you educate your liege's child, they give you a one-time hook. You're doing them a favor by educating their kid, so shouldn't they owe you a favor in return? For whatever reason, my liege keeps dumping their bratty kids on me to raise, but only after they've wrecked them with terrible traits. With infinite wards, this means my court can resemble a freakin' daycare center if my liege is especially, um, "productive." Just an idea.

@FunGaming44 Hey...was wondering if you could help me figure out why infinite wards isn't being applied in my game? I imagine its a compatibility issue or placement issue in the load order and wanted to ask if you knew of any said issues. I use quite a fair bit of mods but this is one of my favorites and would love to solve the mystery! Thanks a bunch...

@Minus1983 if you haven't figured it out by now, the easiest thing to do is just go to the disk that has CK3 installed on it then in the top right corner of file explorer will be a little search bar that says "Search Your Disk Name ". Just paste "π_00_education_interactions" into there and it'll search your computer for the file where you can then delete it, just know that the issue derives from the Foundational Framework mod so if you don't have that installed than it must be another mod conflicting, hope this helps.

Do you need the original mods activated for this to work? Because this mods always worked for me, but since the update it doenst. I can only have two wards, im not sure why.

@Asur Your (well at least one mod conflicting) issue is Foundational Framework, it defines objects in common/character_interactions/π_00_education_interactions.txt which is overriding the definition from this mod because its filename is alphabetically later (I am pretty sure).

It's also overriding how this mod makes determinations for guardians. What you can do is delete the π_00_education_interactions.txt from FF as I believe the only reason it exists for compatibility with a mod that edits the ward limit which might be deprecated or at least you don't need it if you're wanting to use this mod.

@FunGaming44 You can ignore my December 11 comment as I modded your mod to do this. Absolutely not what I would consider a modder, but I saw what you did, fiddled around and figured out how to do this. Haven't encountered problems yet but I don't necessarily trust myself here.

@EnumaEllis Looks like you got a mod conflict so check what mods your using that modifies the same files because all is working perfectly on this end.

When using your mod, there seems to be some weird debug options with blanks and brackets when I right click a character.

Hi FunGaming44. If you can do something about this, I'll name my firstborn child FunGaming44. Presently the game puts a limit on two wards max travelling to any given guardian. This creates a fair amount of micromanagement, which was one of the main benefits for me of infinite wards. I don't know whether doing anything is possible or something you'd be motivated to change. If not, super grateful for the mod as-is, which I do love, along with your maintaining advanced character search, updating character tiers, etc.

Yes I know, my mods do not support that. I tried it but in the end it was too much of a problem to keep it updated. Problem is if a game update comes out then if your mod supports Foundational Framework then you have to wait for that to get updated before you can update your mods to work correctly and I don't want that. I like to update my mod on the same day of game updates.

Hi. I love this mod!

I thought I should tell you that I found a conflict with Foundational Framework

Specifically, I noticed the infinite wards doesn't work with that mod enabled. This may make other conflicts with a few mods that rely on Foundational Framework and mods that in turn rely on those mods (like gamerule gadget and knight manager continued). Just thought I should let you know.

Just be patient, I have to update all my mods and a lot of codes has changed with the new update so in this case patience is a virtue ;)
