idea. hear me out. if you were to do conquest for the revelations tomb floor it would be conquests blindfold would wrap around it like a mummy and the headless horseman would..i mean we got a ice famine technaccly for glaciar so the horseman just dies alone.

As I found out, Fiend Folio recognises them as modded horseman fights and backs them with their Modern Horseman theme, which is pretty cool

Hey there @hippocrunchy, if you feel like returning to updating this mod again, will you add Last Judgement compatibility where alt Pestilence also appears in Mortis? There's also going to be a Fall from Grace Mausoleum alt called Bastille soon, so you can put alt Death in Bastille too

I didn't got my devil deal room when chance was 100% after I defeated war while in mines. I don't know if it's just the mod but he also appeared in a 1x2 room, maybe that's part of the problem

When any of the creatures (including the player) takes damage from an alt Pestilence attack (bombarded with explosive tears flying into 6 pieces), the game freezes and no longer responds to any commands

I've attempted to find Alt War in the Grotto floor from Fall From Grace multiple times. I set the Grotto chances to 100%, as well as the chances to encounter an alt horsemen. I haven't been able to encounter him naturally. Not sure what is going on, since I've updated this mod and I don't have any other mods that would clash with this one.

For some reason the tumor cube variant never spawns after killing an alt horseman, it's just a normal boss drop

Maybe conquest and headless horseman could be mini bosses in Sheol + cathedral, or they could be guaranteed bosses that appear before Satan and Isaac, similar to the ascended mod

Hi, i have been using this mod for a long while but it's really been a long time since i encountered an alt horsemen. Are they supposed to appear only with book of revelations active? Pretty sure they appeared naturally the first time i installed the mod. Is this a general issue or my game just tweakin?

In ascent (going to home) trying to enter war's arena from the light beam in the floor below crashes my game. This has happened a couple times already, probably gonna have to uninstall till its fixed.

Great mod, they look good and work even better. It is so good that I keep it instaled even knowing I have another cube of meat variant in the game. And they are hard on the right level (death and pestilence are freaking hard to fight).

Are they supposed to show up with book of revelations? cuz I used book of revelations and i still can't find any of them. I can spawn them with the debug console but for some reason they just aren't showing up during regular play.

hey there! first off, huge fan of the mod- even when not doing knife runs, i still sometimes take detours to the alt paths just to see these guys and grab a ball of tumors or two :D

Show Toby Fox this mod, you're getting a job in the attack pattern stuff for sure because this is amazing. Also, I would love if you add conquest/horseman and see the twist you put for them because seeing these bosses left me with my jaw dropped

trying to get marks for jacob and easu are impossible against death

Just a few things I wanted to note but couldn't find a place to put it(aside from here) since most of this is gonna be somewhat of a bug report.


1st off, in dross there are times where the floor can be dry and not wet in the famine boss fight, making the maggots basically a non threat and the sprite where famine charges at you while shooting poopoo tears. I don't think it was intentional.

2nd, if you get famine in dross 2, you can do the mirror world version of famine first to get an extra copy of wad of tumors(but I want this to stay in since its hard to get all 4 wad's of tumors without either book of revelations or upping the chance of horsemen appearance)

3rd and lastly, the bosses do not drop the normal amount of coins it would drop if it were a normal boss when playing as tainted keeper. Wad of tumors is also free even if playing tainted keeper(please keep this in) and as tainted keeper is me irl, this makes me want to piss my pants and cry not getting the boss coins.

The bosses seem just a tad bit too difficult going off the demonstration video, mainly because their attacks look like they're happening fast enough that they practically overlap at times (War and Death in particular looking like a bit of a clusterfuck to fight because of it)

The war minions sometimes spawning in mines/ashpit is such an interesting addition, I love getting jumpscared by those goofy goobers
