I'm a big Morning Glory fan (as my pfp would indicate), naturally this effect very much interests me and I think it is well done.

I do think however the cloud should be a little puffier and less faint, maybe it's just me though.

at the end of the day if it's added for halloween or smissmas it will be lock locked to those unusual taunts is like a short time event unusual

it's kinda like how you can't get 2018 unusual taunts unboxed any more its limited

I reckon heavenly heaven needs some changes so it isnt as similar to holy grail. The clouds and outline are a nice touch, perhaps remove the rays and add more (or thicker) clouds
