@BLiksem1511 idk why it might be doing that but try deleting that door's data from your data folder in the gmod install location

@The King of Pudding Aye mate I have a 3060 RTX with a 16 core 3.8ghz processor and 32gb of ram on an SSD with 1TB of storage and depending on the entities and any scripts already placed in the map for example Gmod Flatgrass would load a lot faster than the HL2:EP2 Strider battle for white forest. But what really got me is i literally had all these random mods i never used but couldnt bring myself to get rid of so just favorite them for later when you actually want to use it. This mod literally brought my realism to a whole other levels. Just because i came back im literally giving this guy more points for still being active and awesome unlike some other mods out there which are amazing but die quickly. +REP @Fennecai

I am pretty sure this will work online as long as you use the HalfMod gamemode. The reason i say this is i recently got the BMS campaign to work and transition maps using HalfMod. However if it doesnt work ill come back and update this comment.

It seems it's not saving the files in the data folder. It's saving the folder for each map, but they're empty. Nothing I do makes it write anything there. In fact, If I put something there then edit the folder, it wipes the folder clean. I've disabled all other Workshop addons, so I have no idea what's going on...

Hey so I read the FAQs and saw it said it doesn't work for multiplayer so I wanted to ask if you're planning updating it later or making a separate version of the mod for multiplayer?

the ID is just how you link one door to another in a different map.

for example: I place a door with the id "dog" in gm_construct, and then set it's destination to "gm_flatgrass". then, when i press E on the door, i will end up in gm_flatgrass. Next, i place another door, and put "dog" as the ID again- but this time, i set the destination to gm_construct. when i press E, i will end up at the door that i placed in gm_construct.

The ID can be anything you want, in other words. it just links the doors together across any map. dog goes to dog, football goes to football, spaghetti goes to speghetti... etc.

the way you choose what map it goes to is via the "destination"
