There's a serious performance issue with this asset during night time. My fps plummets into single digits (from 30+), Had to unsub.

how do ask for a commission?

It looks almost like the real thing. An artistic rendering, maybe. It looks like an American Football field, though. Has anyone seen a 150-yard Canadian field (20+110+20) in an asset?
The too small field makes the stadium appears too small. One of the 50s is missing, as is the 55 yard line "C", and the end zones look to be half their 20-yard depth. The hash marks are way too close. And the goalposts should be in play on kickout plays, as rfurley1 hinted.

very nice. one quick point: it will not matter if you use this asset intended for an American football stadium but if it really is for a Canadian team, ie the Calgary Stampeders, then the goal posts should be in the front of the endzone.
