k so I tried out this mod, but when I have my characters wield duel weapons, for some reason its only equipping the first weapons that he is using but he is not holding the other weapons. Like If I made him equipped two pistol, it only show one pistol instead of two, even though I have it equipped off-hand, can someone tell me whats happening?

This is causing my game to freeze for some reason. It worked for a while, but upon loading a save all pawns are stuck and there is no control over them. No error that I can see in the log file.

I've noticed this for awhile now. I remember seeing this in the past. But the pawns with Dual Wield have an ungodly amount of attack speed in melee. Anyone know how to fix this thing?

I'm having a similar issue to Rassmond where certain modded melee weapons can't be paired with a ranged weapon. When I try, the melee attack button is grayed out and it says "Incapable" when I click on it. The console spits out errors similar to the one listed below, regarding Verbs. Here's my error log:

If the mod has been updated to fix the previously mentioned issue, it's definitely not on Steam yet. The last file update is from June and there is no way to get any "forced update" or game file verify beyond that, it just hasn't been uploaded yet. Hopefully it will be published soon, since this is a very cool mod. Fingers crossed!

Im not sure why, but when I have this installed with Vanilla Expanded Framework, there are no mods in the "mods options" section of the options menu. If I remove only VEF then it works fine, or if I remove only DW it also works fine.

Also... Would it be possible to get an option to switch the side weapons are drawn for both hands? I think it would be cool for the personalization if your pawns, like having some of them hold their weapons differently like lefties and right handed

I was wondering, what does it count as double wield? Like, if I have a weapon equipped only on the off hand and main hand is empty, does it still apply the penalties to the off hand? Or is it just switching the arm they're holding it while drafted?

All I want this mod for is so I can use an outfit for work and one for fighting with my pawns with armor rack mod and be able to have a ranged weapon while also equipping the multi tool (another mod @.@) one, basically bc since multi tool is only melee, I can't send my colonists to hunt without they gettin' harm or switching gears with the sole purpose of hunting a pack of boars. This gives me the solution by equipping their main weapon in the off hand instead, so when they go change to the armor rack they keep the offhand weapon while saving/taking the multi tool only when they're going to work... Probably I'm the problem I know, but...

Does "not compatible with CE" mean it will break my game or it just won't let me dual wield CE weapons? I just want to give one of my guys two Vanilla knives and let everything else be CE. Will that work?

This Mod will log messages per second when drafted pawn equipped two weapon:"removed 3 Offhand Verbs, 7 remaining" at "[HarmonyPatch(typeof(Pawn_MeleeVerbs), "GetUpdatedAvailableVerbsList")] ". I have only enabled the basic game moduels.

Just want to say thanks to the guys who give us instruction on how to fix with the graphical bug, you just need to do as he said delete all file with sys.dll and sys.patch (sys_patch), when loading the game there will be a log report with a lot of red errors, however try to read and comprehend those errors you might see that these errors coming from the x and y location of your weapon when using Sheath your sword (sys).
I tried to use Sheath your sword but it seems like sys is not compatible with yayo's combat 3 (continue), in short this might be only fix as the moment demand, unless the modder release a official fix for this.
Anyway, ty Ogliss for re-live the mod again and Command Wanzer "Bloodking" for your insight :))) I love Rim World's mod community.

I'm having a completely different problem, for some reason whenever I dual wield some melee weapon then it does like "rapid fire no cool down" damage (basically infinite damage), no idea what causes it but I'm quite certain it must be incompatibility with something, no idea what though

Ah yes. To further specify what type of file you should delete. they're either called 'SYS.dll' or 'SYS.patch'. delete both of those and those specific weapons should show their sprites again.

it seems everyone is experiencing the same graphical bug. I remember finding out the core issue of this bug that seemingly is the same one from tacticowl temporary beta. I don't know if this is the same bug. But this is how I solved previously.

It seems that certain weapon mods contain files for built in compatibility with the sheath your sword mod. Somehow, these files are the ones causing the graphical bug in dual wield even if you don't have sheath your sword installed. So what I did is directly delete these files. I go to the 294100 folder. Which is where all the steam mods are located. Used the search function to find all the files by typing "SYS". And delete all files pertaining to sheath your sword compatibility.

Now its safe to say. Take what I said with a grain of salt. I found out about this being talked about in the original dual wield mod's bug reports i think?
