I am so sorry for wasting your time man, I have no clue what caused it to break before, and for it to work now. Might have been some of the maps. I will make sure to get recordings as soon as issues pop up.

I checked MP Conquest and did not find any issue.
Try to start new one instead loading saved fiile.
Because I miss the feeling of one country fighting many countries in the past version
Each nation required part of your PC memory when loading Conquest mode.
All nations loading will take all PC memory and crash game.
What is a reason to do like that?
Did you find in the mod description that mod adds maps?
Sounds like you did not clear game cache by game restarting after mod applied. You still have only 4 nations and game does not count valour mod content and you have "AI not moving or following ANY orders outside of manual control".
Desert maps or pasific maps for example.
I have a screenshot of the plane pile, I am just unsure as to how I get it to you.
Plus, from last update, sometimes friendly troops are bugged just like the AI, IE: not moving or following ANY orders outside of manual control.

Not sure if it's because I am playing the base game USA, I know it works as Germany vs Russia.
But for some reason in that campaign, they never show up when I have AA, only when it's not on my spawn lineup.
Other mods break bombers logic of valour mod.
Mod does not require any DLC.
'Variation with the germans and the finnish in conquest' will make mod dependent on DLC.
I would also have some additional questions if you don't mind.

New 3d model of Sd.Kfz 251/9 that is based on vanilla game model instead of MoW:AS2 model as example.
Valour is a very cool mod and it made me learn a lot about the game itself as well as modding as a whole.
I noticed that certain halftracks are a part of it which caught my eye.
I am working on a mod myself, called the "Panzer-Lehr-Division" mod, as you might know the PLD had all kinds of halftracks as it was highly mechanized.
I was wondering if I could be permitted to use the models in my own mod.
I am specifically talking about the Sd.Kfz. 251/2, /9 and /10
In return I can offer some recognition as soon as my mod is released.
If you have other terms I can fulfill to make me be able to use them in my mod please don't hesitate to let me know.

Yes, you may use.
valour mod does not modify it except of new factions / coalitions adding and fixing issue with non existed units.
Do you mind if I use your script/mode files to update the Long Skirmish Battles (LSB) mod? Also, what is the BotApi.Instance.army file I see referenced in a few of those? I haven't been able to locate it in any of the Valor files.
Mod does not change any vanilla vehicles.
Please READ mod description where directly stated that mod adds new nations and extra doctrines for Soviet and German factions.
