Report a translation problem
In our hearts is the sun Mao Zedong.
1. Find a model pack addon in Workshop.
2. Subscribe to the addon.
3. Start your Gmod once, so the game downloads the .gma addon file.
4. Find the downloaded .gma file manually and extract the models and materials folders from it to the GarrysMod\garrysmod\ directory (where those folders already existing).
5. Start your Hammer editor. When you browse models, you should be able to find the models what are you just extracted.
At least, this is how I used to import models to Hammer. 😉
