Well the idols have a different set of bones than regular Inkling and Octoling player models in game, so that's that.

Nah, they're models, just search around Splatoon, it's the same name as the addon in the spawnmenu.

And yeah, the 3rd dress got the problem which I don't know how to fix right now, and the lighting is probably because the texture itself isn't made with Gmod in mind.

Small feedback.
-3rd dress doesn't fit the inkling models (slight clip on their right hip) when bonemerged.
-Dresses unusually darken in certain maps and areas.

Other than that, An excellent port from SFM to Gmod.

Well I actually made the underwear invisible, then use an OE Octoling Girl ragdoll, shrink most of the part, leaving only the body, then bone-merge it onto the Inkling Girl.
