Super cool! kinda wish that the body sprite in phase three was a little diffrent to show it doesn't deal contact damage anymore. maybe a more colapsed looking sprite or at least it gains a darker tinge like the Lamb's body after it's killed in its final phase.

I think that it would be better if this is instead of a reskin, a 50% chance to alternate with blue baby and this has a unique boss pattern and new attacks

I used this mod with Consistent Blue Baby Sprites and it worked fine for me. The Bygone sprite simply replaced other mod's Blue Baby sprite.

This mod is great!
But for those who wants to have Blue Baby actually look like Blue Baby and not just a blue Isaac, go check out a mod called Consistent Blue Baby Sprites
