It's just how it's named in the l4d2 soundfiles, just like for example when a smoker tongues you the sound file is asphyxiation

Its the sound that plays when a horde comes, for example after setting a car alarm off.

Any sample of the sound I can find is already quite, the sound is already made more hearable so there isn't anything I can do.
