Aman lacks the mortal aspect because it caused a conflict when it came to his ability to heal followers (wounded followers lose the follower aspect, so I had to filter by mortal) and I didn't think to pay attention to the away form.
Also, thank you for pointing out the Subtlety mistake to me as well! That's just a copy and pasting error, as you can tell.
Finally, I'll consider your suggestion to make ascension:subtlety universal
Aman Kaschak has "mortal" quality only when I am on the wrong side of the river -- it's probably a bug. Unless he is some strange Long, who's immortality depends on my presence.
A new ascensions fits this legacy well, but I don't think it actually depends on being Physician. Maybe it should be available to other legacies -- by dreaming about temptation with moth lore or something?
Edit: there is a mistake in the text of the "Dedication: Subtlety" card -- it says that you can upgrade it to pursue a Power victory.
