Update from prev. post.
After reinstalling WH2 with clean install this mod works on Ironbrow campaign and appears to work on ME too, didn't go past turn 1 on ME tho. Still curious about the files.

Does this still work for ME warhammer 2, I can't get it working myself. Tested new campaign. If not could you tell me which files the mod changes so I can take a look myself, thanks.

I works for both ME and Vortex, however a new game is required. All runes that are already crafted/locked can't be unlocked by this mod.

Does this work for all dwarf factions? It was working fine for me when I was playing as that free-DLC faction that is in the vortex campaign. But mod has stopped working for me when i switched back to main dwarf faction in Mortal Empires campaign

Does this leave the rune limit for the greater runes alone? If no, could you make a separate mod that does?

It should be unless SFO changes these crafting rituals. But you can easily test it with thorgrim on turn 1 by getting one rune (at least in vanilla he gets enough oathgold to afford one).

It's actually 9001 turns :)
However I checked it with 1 turn cooldown and it doesn't get unlocked again, so it seems like the mortuary cult items can be crafted either unlimited or once.

Wait... cooldown? I remember crafting all runes before turn 40 and never seen them reappear near turn 120 when i last checked there. So what is the cooldown normally? 1000 turns? ;p
It's more like sets LIMIT to infinity as the name implies ;p

Could you make a mod where rune lords and smiths have the old strike the runes ability?
This is the old ability Strike the Runes Cool down: -3%,-8%,-15% to Rune abilities (Hero's army)
