This mod is beautiful but the gun shows up on the left side of the screen. I tried restarting the game multiple times but it doesn't do anything.

Afaik, the SG552 only spawns in the german and austrian version of the game (however, you can spawn it in any version using the console). The game was censored in these countries, so Valve decided to import Counter Strike weapons to give players something in exchange for that.

@ (huh???) - Sg552 IS in the game however it's not in the American version for some reason. You only get to use it on servers with them on.
