Here is the rule I got from one of the models from their ports.

" 3) - You cannot use any materials from this port, or any textures "

That's a nice model, but uhm. You can't use T.M and Thudner's mats, one of them said you can't use them on one of their Steam posts, change the texture to fabric anyways, it looks weird with those textures on that. God I feel like a discord mod lmao.
