The meme super tough Urbies REALLY need to be an option that can be changed in-game rather than hunting through configs. It makes no sense to begin with and should never have been made the default.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue of when you select a mech during mission deployment, its overtonnage at 52/45, and multiple equipment is in a red zone. When I go to the mech bay, nothing is damaged, nothing needs repairs, and the weight is 45/45

@NvR I had that happen too, its because vanilla night vision's hot key is N. I changed it to " (apostrophe) a key I'd never use. Makes it work. Problem is vanilla NV over takes it. Should clear it right up

I think theres something wrong with the night vision. When I release control + n erything turns green, this happens on every mode. Any Idea of what that is?

In campaign mode, after reaching Rep 5, Goblin's Phoenix mech, was is fully repaired, when selected during the mission deploy screen, shows it now overtonnage (52/45), with multiple equipment showing in the red. If I go to the mechbay, everything is fine again and the weight is 45/45. This wasn't happening before the progession. Any advice psl??

ok so im having a strange issue...i save some setting (pilot death chance set to .01) but when i restart my game the next time i play its set back to base settings 100 for head shot and what not....
also some setting in the mod settings keep resetting themselves like the toggle for coolant flush(i turn it off as we dont use it due to the no cooling bug)
and on a side question...what am i doing wrong i have it set to make the armor and endo not have the dynamic filler(at least thats what i think the setting dose) but when i go to install it, it takes up the dynamic slots....is that not what the setting dose or...is the item i already have set to the 14 crit slots and i need new one to have the new setting?
or maybe a setting to change the slots from 14 to 10? or a imput?

@ahedgcoth you might have a mod conflict / something is overriding derivedmech.uasset. If this is the case, no other extras would work either - headlights, extra HUD info about cooling etc.
Or maybe deleted the key bind - you can set it in settings / controls if you have Mod Options installed.

Someone shared a screenshot with me that had the text "ultra-tech world (advanced)" below the vanilla Industrial Hub text on a system. It also had an Industrial Rating and Permission Level text lines. They said "yaml, vonbiomes, and coyote are the only major mods i have"

Mech Salvage V2:
Salvage V2 Allow Complete Mech Salvage [NO]

Thats the Option but You could probably turn that off by Default On Balanced and Bonk Difficulties

I didn't change anything I always had partial salvage
But after the update I am getting 1 mech as soon as I select 1 part

That processing is done once - every time you start the game.

"This is a "Run Once" process per game startup"

This is when YAML reads the json config files, adds all the extra slots to mechs and changes all sorts of things in the game. If it takes very long, you should turn off the "skin unlock code". Most of the time it is not needed now, and the new default setting is off. If it is already off, the process should not take more than a few seconds (depending on CPU performance) even with a lot of mech and equipment mods active.

for some reason, everytime i boot up hte game, ymal will launch the processing assets no matter how many time it did before, try to reinstall the mod doesnt help, only happen on me, any idea about what could cause this issue(not other mods, tried)

Will YAML and other mods work if i don't have Solaris yet? I figured it would given it's a sorta modular DLC system and you get the base game version update regardless, and a buddy of mine who also plays reckoned the same, but i loaded my game up recently and it turned off all my mods. I tried turning them back on and restarting my game but it freezes up every time before getting to the menu.

I have the various optics (heat, night) enabled, but can't activate it in game. I recently changed from YAWR to YAW. (CHanged all child mods as well). Now I can't see the visual hotkey in game, in options and nothing happens, then I push it.

Only issue I saw after updating was a few instances of Tanks flying and rolling through the air when the spawn in. Otherwise has been pretty smooth so far.

The suddenly unable to work on mechs was something me and my friend were experiencing. However, we suddenly discovered a version mismatch. So we had to make them unsubscribe from the mod then re-sub so it forcibly updates.(Validating files didn't do the trick.)

So make your friends who were playing with ya do the same thing. Forcibly update their YAML mods.

We did that and I was able to work on my mechs again.

We're having some issues with, suddenly being unable to work on mechs, besides the host. Suddenly we don't have perms, even though they're enabled. None of our mods have changed from the other day, but suddenly we can't change stuff around in mechlab on the same save, no other issues apparent though.

A Savage Pokemon check if you have Simple Mechlab turned on. You can see that on the main menu screen (a tickbox) or somewhere in Mod Options menu.

Savage Pokemon, it's probably a mod conflict on your end.
When playing multiplayer it's based on the host's mods so sense you can see it when they are hosting check with them to see what mods you have running that they do not or they have updated that you haven't.
Also make sure that your solo game is set after the year that the armor comes out.

If you would read the description properly instead of jumping down here to cuss people out you would have noticed it meant that you can use this other mod that adds functions in order to enhance your experience.
These are two of the best mods for this game and if you don't like it then don't use it and quit acting like a child!

The pilot death chance settings are refusing to save, they keep resetting themselves no matter what I set them to.
