Thank you. All the same, apparently the highways are needed on the maps.
Probably there is one on traffic for external connections that is rather severe. The crossing between rail tracks and the road is kind of stuck. Cars that come to the city is somehow move very slow. I changed the road of the crossing and traffic back to normal. I found the issue at the early of the game so it's not related to the development of the city.
