The events dont give you any demands, since the world thinks you are an utterly insane rogue nation and your demanding integral territory of their lands.
especially since he has an AnPrim path in his tree
Moreover, none of the demand events/foci at the end work, not giving so much as a wargoal
The others have their various insane wishes and plans to be enacted when conquering various parts of the world.
Storywise, Callendar's realm is a lawless anprim hellhole which even after multiple major wars still have many opposing rebel outposts, so the uncored areas can be attributed to that.
