never heard of Dingbat Houses,googled it...truth is the middlest Argument about Houses, right? learned something today, thx! :D

No way! I know a lot of people hate on dingbats these days, but I love them. Nothing says 50s/60s SoCal like dingbats.

I don't plan on uploading multiple versions of this asset to the workshop. I would suggest converting it with rico revisited or using an office block service.

Can you please make an office version? There is a lack of non-skyscaper buildings that look commercial but sell services not goods in game - i.e. "offices" - and this one looks so good.
