Lastly, i must admit that the bloodstains dont work for me either. This was never an intended feature, I only know of it because my friends kept telling me about how the bloodstains give away your position. Idk if my friends are just stupid and were talking about the bloodstains on the ground, or if they could actually see floating bloodstains on ones invisible body.

Im not sure why it doesnt work, it has always worked when playing with my friends. What surprises me is that your friends nametag keeps blinking. The nametag shouldnt show up at all, as the cloaking device includes a free disguiser.
The small red text above my HP in the screenshot indicates, that my name is hidden. Left clicking with the cloaking device toggles this. Does this feature work for you?

In your video it seems like you have a lot of mods enabled simultaniously, for example your role is Survivalist? I dont know what that means.
So im guessing some of the mods are interfering, have you tried only enabling my mod?

I have shot someone who was invisible and there is no blood that I can see. There also is no visible shimmer. The only way we have been able to see an invisible person is if the person's nametag shows up when we mouse over them. It makes combat at close range really difficult.

There already is a shimmer?
Furthermore, after getting shot once, your blood gives you away.
Im not sure if you're trolling me, but have you tried looking at it in thirdperson?

after playing with it for a while it does seem quite strong, but at 4 credits (in our sessions traitors start with 4 and most items cost 2) it seems fair. It's effective for being invisible. Though it would be very nice if at very short ranges (like knife stabbing distance) a shimmer happens, so that you don't have the invisible person just dancing around you with no good way to track them and shoot them.

no of course not. However, you can decloak right behind someone :)

you can't shoot while invisible, right? if you could it would be really op and not fun
