Stats:
Pros- 20% longer range. 20% more damage, 10% More health
Cons- -25% Ammo for Primary and Secondary, -25% Movespeed when active

(Bonus- When at full health and not taken damage for 15 seconds, it can shoot a whirlwind that pushes enemies back, goes through enemies, and does light damage)
