Maybe by making gear tab invisible? If it makes sense
Google and Steam SEO apparently hate this mod, cause they refused to find this for me, unless I specifically add "Well Met" into the search lol. Instead they prefer Stranger Danger and People Can Change! I enabled nearly 400 mods, and completely forgot what this mod was called when I wanted to disable it!
I'm pretty swamped with school since finals are in 2 weeks for me so my time to update my mods is pretty limited right now

A workaround for others is that you can disable Well Met, reload, go through the growth moment, save, reload with Well Met enabled again.

It's unlikely but possible that all of the traits that aren't appearing for you are gated behind other conditions. There are a few like that.
