@Rusty looks like my attempt at patching a couple of the missions threat levels didn't quite work as I hoped, I'll go and fix that in a jiffy

Hello! I'm getting this error in my log from the recent update of this mod.
"Could not apply patch from file /dungeon_worlds.config.patch in source: F:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820\2553602050\contents.pak. Caused by: (JsonPatchException) Could not apply patch to base. (JsonPatchException) Could not apply operation to base. (TraversalException) No such key 'value' in pathApply("/sgvehicletutorial/value/threatLevel")"

Can we see another shellguard patch that makes the weapons and armor function similarly to FFS/GiC? :D

@AhzuulRetrovali once you've completed the first shellguard quest line and unlock the next shellguard outpost after that, you should be able to obtain the contracts from there

How does the recruitment work with this exactly? Where do I get the contracts?

should probably mve things like this to a discussion but ive also noticed that the missions you use these have enemies that can pretty much melt it, take too long on a turret and youre toast
but then you use it outside these missions and it handles damage decently? maybe its something to do with enemy spawn density

the only thing ive been using is a mod to boost enemy health that could affect that, but i can still see the damage numbers regardless
and this is ontop of the mech station itself having no clear descriptors on stats or what things do, just part names which leads to plopping the station down on a moon and a puncy and then trying things out for several hours

the crab mechs heavy weapons need a serious buff honestly
the railguns hits do maybe 30 more damage than an actual minigun ripped from another vehicle and said high fire rate weapons just seem like the better option due to the actual heavy weapons just not doing it

Late reply, but I was asking because of that mod. I thought that if 1 person thought that the weapons were underpowered, maybe you thought so as well

@Ruin nope, I only made some very minor rewording to one of his codices to better match vanilla lore, the details of his background remain fundamentally unchanged

@HyperSpec I'm not one of the devs for SG, I did some minor contributions, but that's it. It sounds to me though that you don't have enough RAM to load up some of the missions. That's assuming your computer only has 4 gigs of ram.

haven't played shellguard yet, but if the expansion mod feels as natural as it should be, then I'll just attribute it to this mod doing a good job.
