Check out this mod collection I gathered, it’s awesome! One of the mods featured is this one i call it Isaac+

kinda odd, but this was compatible with another blue baby resprite, but after a restart or something it just stopped working. I've had both for a while now so idk why this just stopped working all of a sudden.

@Dakashi thank you so much! You have been very helpful! I don't mean to be a pain but I asked before about the jesus juice cosmetic (how it changes to become a regular isaac mouth for tainted blue baby) and you said it was fixed but for some reason it still doesn't seem to have changed at least for me... do you know why?

@Jon you can just go into Isaac's directory and search for my mod, and then remove the corresponding .png

@DaKashi thank you! Also in the mod video it shows the sinus infection change for t blue baby but I honestly think it looked a lot better before... is there a way to get rid of that change?

this is missing skin tones for inner eye's third eye, causing stuff like the pact and shit to make the eye stand out

idk if im just missing another mod or something, but bar of soap seems to be missing colors for other skintones, since i picked it up with lord of the pit and my head's blue again

I don't know if Cookie Dough was added in. For me he looks like normal Isaac, although I have played a Daily Run before starting a run with ???, so I had to disable and re-enable my mods.

Tainted blue baby is my favorite character thank you! one thing... are you able to fix the jesus juice cosmetic? The mouth changes to a regular isaac mouth
