Or, you can reach out to the mod creator of this mod and the Building Menu (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3067798182&searchtext=build) that mod allows people "build" tiles from the various tile sets, however, a sub-mod needs to be made for each tile set to "create" a list of materials required.
I'd imagine this sort of mod would be fairly straight-forward, I mean.. all you'd really need is paint, a brush and a stencil (some wood). As for my players, anything they cant "Build" using those methods, I offer them a chance to use in-server currency and materials and use my god-powers to add them to the location they want. But I'm a very Roleplay oriented admin.
guess we'll have to live with never knowing
IF the game doesn't change anything related to how textures are used and loaded I don't see how this mod could stop working any time soon
