i find it hilarious that in the poaching event, the raiders will kill one or two live animals, and then carry skeletons/dessicated corpses off the map as well...

Same with Hostile Caravan for me. It was ending games in the first 30 days. I wish it would only arrive after you have a decent sized military force. Or past or certain wealth. Or something... It paths right through my base killing everyone who isn't indoors and killing all my animals either way!

I like this mod because of the different types of "raids", well more like chance encounters with the enemy. Ended up disabling the hostile caravan though because (playing with RimWar) after I destroyed all of a hostile faction's bases and mobile units, very strong caravans kept showing up at my outposts. No big deal to disable, but since the caravan event can be so strong, maybe spawn its strength relative to proximity and strength of hostile bases?

Other than that, great fun. Sometimes you have a prisoner grab, others you duck and pray they don't see you while passing.

Will you by chance be adding any additional incidents to this at any point? I'm enjoying it so far, even if I don't see them all too often due to other mods bloating the incident pool.

@rotted_nightmare Vanilla Events Expanded's options to turn off events you don't want can also be used for any other mods that add events.

I think if you can you should disable the loggers event, I don't like the idea of them chopping down my anima tree anyway

I witnessed the same bug with giddy up 2 as @The QX and also which @Jeff had, where visitors are sometimes from hostile factions

Unfortunately CAI5000 is incompatible with this mod, i would guess its because both edit Raider AI

Does this mod add wandering damaged mechanoids events? I just had one happen not long after installing it. That was really interesting, adds a sense that your world tile is also alive and functioning, not just a place to rob, raid, or trade with.

@chupinleanid, just disable the logging raid with Cherry Picker. That was the only issue Karim was aware of, last I heard. They would just stand there, frozen, until they gave up and left. Other than that, they work together just fine

I actually have the same bug with Giddy Up 2.
Let's face it. Animals have gain sentience.
They have risen above their plant enemies and have moved on to bigger pastures.
They are our competitors now.

I found a bug with giddy up 2

When theres a logging and the hostile pawns arrive riding any type of animal they dismount the animal and the animals can literally chop down trees

Maybe I'm the only one having this issue i'm not sure noone seems to comment that

你好,偷猎事件中,总是发生闪退现象。原因是其中有一个小人锁定捕猎真菌兽,可是始终打不死,甚至不能给真菌兽造成伤害,因此一个小人追着一个真菌兽满地图乱跑,小人甚至隔着我修建的墙远距离乱射击,这可能是造成闪退的原因之一。此外,我看描述中,如果捕猎失败可能会发生发疯的动物,这种情况并未发生。因此,对于捕猎对象,是否可以修改设定为容易捕猎的动物?或者小人装备进行升级?要知道单人打死真菌兽是一件难以想象的事情,导致捕猎事件一直存在,而捕猎失败遥遥无期

Fun fact / bug? If a hostile faction caravan passes by while carrying fertilized eggs, and you capture those eggs, they'll hatch still as members of the enemy faction instead of your own.

This is a shame but also sort of morbidly amusing to have two hundred newborn giant silkie chicks desperately trying to murder me.

@SFH the hostile caravan doesn't attack, it's just passing through unless you or your animals get close enough that they engage
