for anyone using the mod, you can just use the 1.4 version, at least it worked ok for me in 1.5

I gave it a quick test with 1.5 you should only need to update the version / copy the 1.4 folder for 1.5

can confirm your patch folder needs splitting into 1.3 and 1.4 folders. As in 1.3 the blackboards defName is "Blackboard", while in 1.4 its defName is "CSL_Blackboard".

This doesn't work for 1.3. Works for 1.4

There should be a 1.3 folder with Patches, and a 1.4 folder with Patches

CSL does not include its textures inside each version folder, those folders only have code (Assemblies, Defs, Languages and Patches), and my mod does the same. Therefore, my mod will work in all versions in which CSL works.

The update is out, most things now just have a CSL_ before the name like: CSL_[OldName] / CSL_Blackboard, etc. the overlays also had some renaming but otherwise it should be possible to make it work, I think ^^

Oh, I see. Well, my mod is nothing more than a lazy texture replacer, so you do your thing, make all the changes you see fit and I'll adapt later :)

It is looking ok, but there are a lot of changes to go throught (including that the biotech blackboard has the exact same name ^^ .. but I make slow progress on it)

I'm using rocketman and this mod togheter and I didn't experience any problems. Should be safe.

Just tried loading this in my mod order, and Rocketman throws me an error on load that it cannot patch this mod. Safe to ignore?

I made it so that different things can be 'blackboards' aswell now if they have this in their defs
'<devNote>TeachingLocation</devNote>' and the desks '<devNote>LearningLocation</devNote>' they need the classes aswell of course (see the new neolithic learning/teaching spot) the overlays also work if one is found, see the commented out example for neolithic ones

Thanks! when I saw that you added the lessons overlays I had already published the mod, but I think it's a great idea, I could put the names of the lessons on a sheet of paper above the desk, should be simple enough.

Nice work (both you @Capi and @Si-Cafe), let me know if I need to change anything to make it easier to retexture (I am looking into the weird lesson graphic in different directions thing, but my guess would be that you could have similar thing for stuff lying on the desk or something (?) the lessons are just a transparent overlay really)

You were right, I messed up the textures. I've remade the vertical desk with adequate measures, but the perspective makes it still look too large, if you're not convinced I can do it again.

Wow, I don't know how you've done it but you've got a really nice looking blackboard and it's also compatible with CSL lesson textures! And the patch to make our mods work well is awesome, you even renamed my desk correctly.

Now that you mention it, I knew I messed up when I did the vertical desk, let me take a look at it.

I had just you update yesterday, since the number of pixels of vertical desk is different from that of horizontal desk, it will be drawn very large when actually installed.
I think it is better to unify those pixels.
