@WMG: The Comfort precept already exists in the game. This mod only extends it to also disable the extra debuff.

A comfort precept looks pretty awesome. Wonder if you can expand it to include all comfort and surrounding sources and have it go both ways of no comfort, no negative or positive modifiers from surroundings and needs, and maybe a nedd comfort boosting the positive and negative modifiers even more.
