Hey thanks for this mod! One quick question; How do you go about opening startpos files? I tried my hand at editing the data I could with rpfm but that didn't seem to change the amount of building slots in the settlements.

The reason what I can't do that is: this is not a official version, so I am not able to use this mod officially. To make submod, I have to get permission and get advice from him to make it, but using unofficial as individual purpose treated as disrespectful action.
try to ask original moder about that. anyway this mod will be down when moder request it.

Yep unfortunately its the only one working right now, but the slot amount is waaaayyyy too much. I liked your changes better, hence my earlier inquiry :)

this mod, yes ofc it work with mixu mod cuz he made mod as submod for mixu's unlocker

A couple modders have gotten it to work in the past, as a separate mod, as long as it's loaded before Mixus Unlocker. Alas their mods have not been updated for this DLC/patch

ok, by comment about moot, I added +4 at moot, but remember moot is still not treated as province capital(3 tier settlement)

ehh.... I don't think so. I just added +4 for all settlement that doesn't have 4 slots...(+6 on norsca) well... I forgot that. any other 4 slot capital?
