I removed combat extended and it seems to work fine now. Maybe only that turret isn't compatible?

Something is bugging with the Concussive Turrets. It only lets me construct it inside stone, but even when it finishes being built it doesn't operate. It shows this as the description:

@Dsw-4 so maybe i missunderstand you here but i testet this out and yes they only attack mechs. I lookt into the data but until now didnt finde where i can change this. Anyway its not like it should be changed i just wanted to use it instead of my colonist with emp launcher ^^

I have a question. Do the emp turrets target humans at all? i wanted to use them to disable shield cores in fight but i think they only shoot at mechs. If so where could i turn that off in the Mod data.

Hey there, it seems at some point some defnames were changed; This now fails to apply the upgradeable tags in patches/ST_TE_Patch.xml when loaded with [XND] turret extensions. After looking at the error I just went and added _ST to the defs in that file and they seem to work, so unless I missed something that's all that is required for a fix.

@VitaKaninen The vanilla didn`t support flame turrets blueprint show radius.Anothe issue have been resolved.

I get 2 research tabs when I add this to my game. The right one is empty.
Also, the standard turret and flame turrets do not show a radius when I try to build them.

@decom70 it's not my problem.The Military sandbag wall of Fortifications - Industrial will prevent turret firing, include the vanilla turret. You'd better confirm the source of the BUG first so that you can report to the correct author.

I do not see any error or log regarding simple turrets, only from other mods... I did notice while testing that they will still shoot at almost point blank, which is also wrong. Here is my rimworld_log_1000 with the other mods used stated in it. One Screenshot of the inspect tool on the turret, the save file, and a video of the bug.

The turrets are broken in 1.5! They wont shoot enemies inside of their range.

Oh okay! i think i know whats going on then maybe. Maybe CE expects it to use ammo? I dk they're just not firing. I took one of the other turrets that uses ammo and changed the ammo type to tasers as a quick work around and those fire so I think it's possibly and incompatibility with CE?

@MobiusOne The Vortex turret is no need to reload. If your Vortex turret require reload there seems a bug,is there any red log reported?

I can't find the Vortex Wave (taser turret update? ammo) to produce and there's no ammo capacity on the vortex turrets to load it.

I'm getting a few errors in 1.5:

Could not find type named SimpleTurret.CompProperties_CurRotationLimit from node <li Class="SimpleTurret.CompProperties_CurRotationLimit" />

and

Could not find a type named SimpleTurret.Verb_Emplacements

Haven't tried starting a game yet as I'm trying to troubleshoot my mods lol. A lot of them are giving errors, not just this one. D:

@Monkey Magic Tynan didn`t provide the relevant interfaces for this function. I have currently implemented only basic shoot angle limit because aven't had the time to refine in the near future.

Could you please fix/adjust/add mod settings to this so that the rifle, and machine gun emplacements can not fire in the opposite direction? The emplacements have a N,E,S,W facing for placement, but if an enemy pawn approaches from the north, an emplacement facing south will swivel to attack if no wall is in the way.

This looks very jank - especially given the defending pawn is still facing south - and is kinda detrimental to designing bunkers with multiple emplacements ( Reinforced Walls is good for this, BTW) to defend each compass point.

Mounted gun emplacements have a fixed direction, so at best they should have an angle between 0-90 degrees, with 45 being the average maximum, not the whole 360 XD

The new flame turret blueprint seems to be bugged, it only shows up while mousing over existing objects (and can't be placed because that object is already occupying the space), otherwise the blueprint is invisible and can't be placed anywhere (clicking does nothing and doesn't even give the "invalid" error sound). All of the other turrets are fine

@TheCafFiend No,it`s a bug,because the newest mod name is"[XND] Turret Extensions (Continued)"instead of the“[XND] Turret Extensions - Continuum”,the original patch didn't work.Now it's back on track
