There is a judgment on whether it can be repaired in that document. Deleting the judgment of the "totooria_item" tag will enable it to repair the character specific items.

It is specially designed like this.The philosopher stone will not automatically repair the specific items of the character.

I've notice that the philosopher's stone will auto fix most items that aren't perishable, but not Totooria's hat. Is this the intended behaviour or perhaps a bug?
