Fixed, I think.
I launch my own game and find the texture there, so I ignore the first comment...sorry about that.
As it turn out I forget to pack the texture into the model file.

Sorry for missing this $hit for this long.

Looks really cool, I'd hazard a guess to the functionality and say that it's likely a low zoom optic being used as a sort of heavily discounted reflex sight (Since that shit was expensive then and ANYTHING beats using the Mac-10's irons)
