Nice work. It is a mixed bag for continuing with a save and the previous mod version.

1) Female waystalkers when recruited can choose the uniform variant, but already recruited ones cannot change via mount. (the skill does show up in the skill tree however) 2) The +2 waystalkers was written before but didnt take effect, now it does, I can recruit again! 3) Sniper stance has 2 levels with +15% range but the button still doesnt work in battle (custom or otherwise for me).

Now I should mention I do have a list of other mods running (and that can always have unforseen incompatibilities), but your mod was the only one changed between the two play sessions, hence why I wrote my initial message.

All bugs seemed squashed on a new game, lvl 4 perch offers +2 recruit cap.
Femstalkers have the outfit/ mount choice, and it displays on the characters perfectly.
Sniper Stance looks right as well!
So everything seems as designed, A+ effort!

You could alter it quite easily in rpfm if you really don't like it.
Just delete the three entries from my skill_nodes_table that enable the 3 levels of the skill, and the 2 levels of the vanilla skill will take over again.
My entries are overriding them at the moment

I started a new campaign to test this, so unsure how it'll effect a campaign in progress, but in my game...
female waystalkers are recruited with the standard uniform. In the character details menu they have the option to equip the ghost strider uniform as a mount
The top tier of the ranged building now gives +2 cap to waystalkers, as opposed to the +1 in vanilla
The sniper stance ability now has 2 levels. The 2nd level is available at rank 16 and is identical to the first except it also confer +15% range when active

I should also note on all my current waystalkers, ghostrider costume is forced, no mount option. No Biggie as i prefer the look anyways.

Possible bug. Your update may have broken something in my save. Female Waystalkers have no unit details, sniper shot does not work, and waystalker supply cap in my empire plummeted from 9 to 1.

So the Added +10 range skill (Archery Experience) is on both the new female Waystalker but also overrides Kuronous' Sight on male Waystalkers.

Would it be at all possible to offer a version please where the males keep the original skill and females have yours? I'd like to have both and it'd be a neat differential between the versions.

Alternatively, I'm having a dig thru RFPM and am open to instruction to just edit my local copy, tx.

Update. The female waystalkers now get a free 'mount' that's really just a costume change. If you don't like the whimsical high fantasy look, you might prefer the alternate look. See screenshot above for comparison

The unit card for this in the building browser just shows the upkeep cost and none of the other info that would normally be there. Is that just cosmetic?

All my heroes are scaled same as vanilla. Sounds like you might be using a mod that reduces the scale of vanilla heroes and lords. My modded heroes wouldn't be affected by that

In my game this unit is like 30% larger than its counterpart, or compared to the Glade Lord. Is that intended? So are your other unit mods btw, shadowdancer and warden.
