When you do get around to updating it for the new version of the Ghost hawk it would be cool if you made both a completely unarmed version and a version with both the pylons and the gunner seats (not strictly realistic but CUP has it with their blackhawks and its a good laugh). I had a look at how the models were being handled and it seems that it's only one p3d so it should be possible to do.

@PineCone227 the PBO isn't obfuscated, as for the patch i put it back out resigned it with the newest key, so we will see if that works for you.

To be honest if the .pbo wasn't obfuscated I'd've reverse-engineered the mod a long time ago to save you the hassle - but otherwise my A3 modding knowledge is too limited for me to be able to allocate the time and will to do the research on how Arma's FFV seats work and how to patch them in properly

Well the mod doesn't appear to have been updated since it's original date of posting. Are you sure you pushed the fix to the workshop? It still says "Posted 31 Jul, 2021 @ 2:17pm", with no update date.

@WallyJas i am unaware of if it is possible, i had to edit the helicopters config directly to change animations, the opening of doors could be scripted, but not the shooting as far as I am aware.

I also seem to be having the same issue on a Dedicated Server for the "pbo are not signed by a key accepted by this server". Could it be something to do with running it as a linux dedicated sever perhaps? I may setup a windows VM and try but kind of wanted to stick with linux for now :( Your Hand Flare mod works fine and the rest use the same bikey of JointCom_Armoury (at least all of the md5 hash's are the same) but this mod, the M320 LRR and the MX Retextures do not like the keys they have for some reason

still not working, not sure what the issue is. says mod is signed with keys not allowed on server, but the same key is in server as is in client mod

@Sandman we generally make mods for our own private use and then release some of them to the public. We don't really make things unless we will use them, and the civilian style little bird is something that we never use. So the likenesses of us making a little bird FFV is low.

@Grave only asked because the Little Bird, etal. are 1) despite their being well known, are NOT that available, and 2) are obviously military birds. The shooters are riding benches external to the aircraft. But the chances of the bad guys getting access to military grade hardware is, would be, and should be, severely limited. Looking to weaponize an obviously civilian helo for the purpose of broadening the scripting options for civilians/cops/syndikat/bank robbers type missions. Or post-apocalypse/Ravage type scenarios. Not a lot of MH-6's parked at your local airports, or even the nearest military bases. But there are a large number of civilian M900 and Bell Jet Rangers types locally available out there just waiting to be repurposed for all manner of activities.

@Sandman seems a bit redundant since the bench version of the little bird uses the same textures and has the ability to FFV, would be a lot of work for such a redundant feature.

@Grave Good mod. Any chance of giving the same treatment to the M900? You can take the doors off but all the guys in back seats can do is just sit there. Ride only. No shooty options. No door seated positions for it either. And if you remove the back seats, you just lose the two passenger positions. Reminds me of the old Arma2 days, when the guys riding in the back of a pickup couldn't shoot either. Would make for some more interesting scenario options if the Syndikat / L'Ensemble Opfor could also bring hate from above, or maybe a police helicopter sniper option for LE scenarios.

What are the classnames of the FFV seats? I made a config that changes the turret gunner types for NATO ghosthawks, so I need to define all of the extra turret seats in this as well, or else I can't get a full 8-man squad in.

My idea's a bit silly, I wanted to add it to the Ikarus bus in CUP vehicles - I don't really expect you guys to do it yourself but if you can gimme some direction I'm very ready to send you the code when I'm done and you can put it in this mod, or I can host my own (both are fine by me)

@supergauntlet we've been working on adding FFV to other vhics, and possibly converting this mod to the "JointCom armoury FFV Patch" to be more than just the UH-80, what vhics may you be referrign to, because we may already have the code.

I've got this idea to add FFV patches to other vehicles, but I don't entirely understand the config layout here. Would anyone who worked on this be willing to talk about it a bit in steam dms or something so it's a little less shooting in the dark? Just point me in the right direction a bit. If you don't have the time that's fine, would just appreciate the help if you've got the time

@El Fury | 黒オオカミ well, you may get yer wish after all and pretty swiftly, Salvage has had a look at the code and thinks it may be a simple compatability code, if yer willing to test it we would be willing to add it to the mainline mod.

@El Fury | 黒オオカミ the intercom is most likely caused by the ACRE2 mod not being compatible with these seats, we do not use ACRE2 so right now have no plans for a compatibility patch, but one may happen in future if we find time.

Very nice mod though I have one little issue with it.
I use ACRE2 as a radio mod and for some reasons the two new seats your mod adds won't get added to the Intercom system, which sadly makes the mod impractical for us though I'd love to use it. Is there a way to fix this?
