I fixed it by renaming the "NPC_22.png" image to "Guide_Default.png" and moving it to the folder "TownNPCs" Hope this helps those having issues too

打開創意工坊材質文件看看有沒有我的文件，自己解壓把名稱改成有效id就行了，我畫的這些已經不小心刪了有時間重置一個吧

you may want to update the resource pack, i don't know why but when i applied it, the guide didn't change into Reimu

legend has it if you have this mod sacrifice the guide to summon the WoF it just summons Reimu again with a longer stick.
