An improved version of OG highwayman with good barks, heal, selfheal and better aoe ? One of my favourites for sure and good addition to pretty much any party you might fancy using...

I put some plausible fixes in the discussion sections, for anyone who might have some bugs.
I hope these will fix most of the problems some might have.

I don't know what happened but all of bills skills have been written in codes. Like instead of Champion survival. Its Champion [<survivial>something something]
