Why is there no mask?
Without this mask the armor looks shitty.

where is the mask part ?? I have the armor from the chest, but no mask. Is there something special I need to do to get it ?

SolHerdULiekMudKipz that can sometimes happen if your race is Khajjit or Argonian due to the incompatable shape of the face. Maybe try entering in after pressing ~, showracemenu. See if it works then. If your race isn't Khajjit or Argonian I don't know how to help you.
