So does this remove the hard-coded 500m range limit for safe zones that broke the Admin Safe Zones mod? Or does it do something else?

and keen didn't actually "reduce" it, there was a bug in the safe zone's value limit

I'm not sure I understand, did keen reduce the limit and you increased it? Also what are these repulsors? How does the SafeZone tie in?

actually this mod COMPLETELY FIXED the safe zone value limit bug
and it can ALSO let my repulsor beams(super long, but only about 5m wide, safe zones) work properly

This bug can let players create super large safe zones
and keen(and I, because my server was filled with super large safe zones) don't want to see these things again
