@israeliturtle it's actually based off 99 M St in Washington DC. That building may be influenced by the building in Berlin, but idk

Thanks for the RICO/Growable clarification. I'd been baffled by that distinction for many assets, not just this one.

@kimmi109 any asset that has Resident, Industrial, Commercial, or Office (RICO) under the thumbnail is growable
