I used to dev in another program, the tools I used had a ability to add self illumination. Don't know anything about the tools you have to use for these mods. If it is a open source tool, you may be able to request they add this function.

Oh, I see what you think. This furniture does not perform well in low light. I know why, this is my first furniture mod. There is a problem with the material making of this furniture. I didn't modify it. I can make a new sofa and see if it works better. I will update a new mod and update this sofa in the near future. At present, there is no way to update this mod. The source file has been lost.

In this photo there is no light other than the window. You can see the devs have a little self illumination on the throne and the couch, you can at least tell what color they are. Hot pink should show up even more.

Ya, I get what you are saying, but I don't want to have a bunch of lights around it or something that is only good for taking photos in the room just so I can see the item.. Here is a pic with 3 lights close to it, and you can see it is very dark even with that.

Place the soft light in the field of view. I prefer to take photos in this game. Just make sure there is no discordant furniture in the picture. Soft light is indeed a kind of studio light, which is not suitable to appear in photos. But its excellent lighting effect is very suitable for adding light to characters.

Ok, I don't read Chinese. 柔光灯. I found this item.. This light stand don't fit any decor. Looks like it belongs in a modern photo studio, not in a medieval palace, or the new palace.. I don't use the pose thing so have little use for items that don't fit in the game.

I did put lights around it, but it is so dark, I would need to put the biggest lights in the game.. I will look for this Mod you list, but don't remember seeing anything about soft lights.

Your idea is very interesting. But I still respect reality more. It's not a big problem that the sofa itself has no light. You need to learn to use lights, because the atmosphere is set off by lights. Light and shadow are the basic elements of shaping the body. I recommend you to use the soft light MOD of the creative workshop, which is made by NRT-HC.
Interaction is now a problem in every furniture. You can exit the interaction by pressing ESC. I had the same problem, but I exited by pressing ESC.

Thought I would add this. If you put this in a room without a lot of lights, it looks pitch black. If you can you should try and find a way to make it self illuminate so you don't need to put in lights all around it.

Nice, like the look.. Just so you know, it will not let you click the X button to quit interaction if you don't pose on it. I didn't try to pose with it. Also it created a new Living Room tab and did not add it to the existing tab. To close it up I have to go to campaign map.

This sofa is a double sofa, not a bed. It's big enough to sit down. If you need bigger furniture, I'll make some.
